Flow Measurement

Foxboro’s Coriolis flow transmitters handle measurements that cause other Coriolis meters to fail. They overcome problems associated with entrained gases, empty tube conditions or flash-prone fluids and fully realize the promise of Coriolis measurement to achieve high accuracy, eliminate downtime, avoid workarounds and keep profits flowing.

Typical Models:

  • Sensor: CFS10, CFS20, CSF25.
  • Transmitter: CFT50, CFT51.

Common feature includes

  • Precision system achieved using digital signal processing (DSP) transmitter.
  • High system accuracy of ±0.10% of flow rate plus flowtube zero instability (liquids); ±0.50% of flowrate plus flowtube zero instability (gases)
  • Density accuracy of ±0.0005 g/cc or better
  • Wide rangeability in excess of 100:1 without sacrificing performance.
  • Available in 3 to 80 mm (1/8 to 3 in) sizes
  • Flowtube material ANSI type 316L Stainless Steel or Nickel alloy (equivalent to Hastelloy C-22)
  • Designed for CSA, CSAus, ATEX, and IECEX hazardous area locations.
  • Complies with 3-A sanitary standards.
  • User-selectable HART or Modbus communication via LCD indicator pushbuttons.
  • Available for ac or dc supply voltage applications.
