Left behind our busy daily life, our annual summer trip is an activity created for all members of VATCOM to have a good time, relax and connect with each other on another level. It’s also a chance to build our company culture.
The destination we chose is Co To Island – Quang Ninh. Departed from Hanoi at 6.00 AM, we went through a long distance by car and by ship to land our feet on beautiful Co To. The air was fresh, the beach was so clean and clear, the salty taste of the wind and the friendly local residents blew our mind away.
Three days was not too long, but enough for us to enjoy all famous locations of this island, such as Hong Van, Van Chay, Tinh Yeu beach, Mong Rong rock area…
We also greatly enjoyed our Teambuilding activities and Gala Dinner.
People had more time playing together, sharing knowledge in both our work and personal lives, got to know each other better.
This was a very meaningful trip, and we went back to Hanoi with beautiful memories of our lovely colleagues. Let’s take a look at our sweet moments:
